Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Craft BRU 100 AM15+PMS 9103-0105 BRU100 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electrosensor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elm-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electronic-Solutions product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electrosensor such as the SS110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H10002540IPP18 manufactured by Elm-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Elm-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 609G by Manufacturer Electronic-Solutions as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elma Brand 14VS0716RDV12J12AP500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elexon such as ELV2505 equipment made by Elexon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elexon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elexon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SBA10100EH made by Elmo as well as the popular RS600 original spares produced by Eltec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 242100502 by Eltek and ELV2505 spares by Elexon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 107131 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elrest.
